E-shop www.ingrilspa.com<\/a> is based on the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, therefore it also implements a product return policy. Purchased products can be returned in the following cases:<\/p>

  1. You can return the purchased and unused product within 14 days from the day of purchase. If you do not like the size, color, shape or completeness of the product, you can refuse it within 14 days from the day of its delivery. We remind you that the product to be returned must be complete, in a neat original packaging, unused, undamaged and without losing its appearance.<\/li>
  2. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer, if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods specified in paragraph 1.<\/li>
  3. The Buyer must report a defective product within 3 days.<\/li>
  4. In the event that the goods are returned based on paragraph 1., the buyer must pay the costs of returning the goods.<\/li>
