Order preparation:

– Order processing takes 3 business days after full payment.

Term of delivery of goods:

– In Lithuania, goods are delivered within 1-3 working days after the order is prepared. Delivery times for goods abroad vary, please contact info@ingrilspa.com for delivery times.

– Sometimes delivery times may be affected by external factors (which we cannot control), so if there are holidays during the execution of your order, the delivery time may be extended up to 3-5 working days. In the pre-holiday period, we recommend ordering goods earlier.

– Parcels are delivered to post offices on weekdays and Saturdays.

– The price of delivery of goods is indicated separately, after selecting the delivery method in the shopping cart.

– If the goods are returned to the Seller due to the fault of the Buyer to an incorrectly specified or inaccurate address, or if the goods are returned to the seller without taking them from the post office within the maximum storage period, the Buyer must pay the costs of re-shipment to the Seller, and if the goods were returned from the post office or courier – cover the Seller and the cost of returning the goods. If the buyer refuses to accept the shipment again (i.e. after demanding a refund for the goods), the money for the shipment is not returned to the buyer.

– When receiving the goods, the Buyer must inspect them, and if an error, damage or other discrepancy is noticed, the Buyer must not accept the shipment. After receiving the goods, it is considered that the shipment was delivered in order and without any defects. If the delivered goods do not correspond to the Buyer’s order or a part of the shipment is missing, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller by e-mail info@ingrilspa.com

IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW that we do not deliver to Kuršių Neriją by courier. We recommend choosing the nearest OMNIVA post machine.

Shipping abroad:

We ship goods abroad within 1-3 working days after order preparation:

– We provide the tracking code of the shipment by email, so that you can conveniently follow the entire path of your order.

– If your package is lost or damaged, we will offer a replacement or refund. Please report the problem immediately by e-mail info@ingrilspa.com

– The price and time of delivery of the goods will depend on the weight of the package and the country to which we will send. All fees related to import procedures in another country are paid by the Buyer. For sending goods, please contact us by e-mail info@ingrilspa.com

IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW that we do not have a physical store, so it is impossible to collect goods from us.
