Lavender Tea is a natural herbal tea made from lavender flowers and leaves grown in our family garden in Lithuania. Every lavender plant is personally cared for by us – from growing and harvesting to drying and hand-packing each batch with love and attention. This tea contains both lavender blossoms and leaves, creating a soft, delicate, and naturally aromatic flavor. Lavender tea has long been appreciated for its calming and relaxing qualities, helping to create peaceful evening rituals and cozy daily moments. Our family truly enjoys this tea and drinks it regularly, and many of our customers return again and again because they love its gentle aroma and comforting taste. Lavender tea pairs beautifully with honey, lemon, or other herbs. It is perfect for relaxation, meditation, self-care rituals, or simply enjoying a quiet cup of tea after a long day.

How to Prepare:
– Add 1–2 teaspoons of tea into a cup.
– Pour hot water over the tea (about 90°C / 194°F).
– Let it steep for 8–10 minutes.
– Enjoy warm and relax with the natural lavender aroma.

Important!
Lavender is considered a medicinal plant, so in addition to its useful properties, it also has contraindications:
1. Do not use it in case of low blood pressure.
2. Lavender tea is also not recommended during pregnancy.
3. Not recommended during lactation.
4. It is not recommended to drink more than 0.5 liters per day.
In addition, it is important not to drink tea due to individual intolerance.
