E-shop www.ingrilspa.com is based on the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, therefore it also implements a product return policy. Purchased products can be returned in the following cases:

  1. You can return the purchased and unused product within 14 days from the day of purchase. If you do not like the size, color, shape or completeness of the product, you can refuse it within 14 days from the day of its delivery. We remind you that the product to be returned must be complete, in a neat original packaging, unused, undamaged and without losing its appearance.
  2. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer, if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods specified in paragraph 1.
  3. The Buyer must report a defective product within 3 days.
  4. In the event that the goods are returned based on paragraph 1., the buyer must pay the costs of returning the goods.
  5. When returning the product, you must specify the following information: order number, name and code of the returned product, date of purchase.
  6. E-shop www.ingrilspa.com undertakes to compensate the money within 10 working days after receiving the returned product.
  7. For a customer who wishes to exchange the received product for another product, the product delivery terms are valid, which can be found in the Delivery of goods regulations of the e-shop www.ingrilspa.com
  8. According to the Government of the Republic of Lithuania in 2001 June 11 resolution no. 697 “On the Approval of Retail Trade Rules” (active link https://e-seimas.lrs.lt/portal/legalAct/lt/TAD/3e3f6a70164711e4aa9bb36470fb9e6e) item 17.2 perfumery, cosmetics and toilet preparations (codes according to the Combined Nomenclature – 3303–3307 ) are non-returnable items. Goods are returned only if there is a manufacturer’s defect. Products that are made to order are also not returnable.
